		<description>Just to be fair to Dell... my article was about my drifting away from them because of the buzz I was hearing. I&#039;ve never owned one of their products, and my friends who do seem satisfied.

Laptops and PCs are a commodity, so you can only &quot;brand&quot; the ease of purchase, delivery, and service. That&#039;s where Dell seems to be stepping down... Bad sign.

What&#039;s worse for them is that I was warned off.... they didn&#039;t get a chance to make the sale.</description>
