what is your website saying (about you)?

What are you telling your guests?I love how people are unpredictable.

Each month, as I look at the visitor stats for my main website, I notice that the predominant reason they come is for my nonverbal communication articles.

But every now and then there’s a change. So this month, for example, my business letters and sales letters are receiving the majority of the traffic from the search engines, and my nonverbal communication articles are having a rest.

The point to all this?

By regularly monitoring my traffic I can tell what guests to my site are interested in. I can tell what keywords they are using that bring them to my site. Thus I can adjust and tailor my menu system to meet their needs.

Because the last six months has shown a consistent request for my nonverbal communication articles, I added a separate link in my lefthand menu to them. Because this month’s ‘flavour’ is for sales and business letters I will add some more letters to my website.

My question for you: What are guests coming to your website to find? What can you be offering to them to enhance their experience and spread your brand? What is your website saying about you and your interest in solving their headache?
