Dan York, contemplating the idea of exams for LinuxMy favourite hairy-faced wombat friend Dan York has just been nominated for a VOIP Blogger of 2005 gong.

Not content with co-owning a great podcast, ‘Blue Box – The VOIP Security Podcast’, Sir Daniel now gets kudos from other VOIP experts.

Add to that the fact that over 100,000 cleverer-than-I folks (which is a subset of humanity that would probably include just about everyone on the planet) have taken LPI exams as a direct result of his initiatives, and you have one very smart cookie that I am flattered to be able to call a friend.

As we say down in these here parts: On yer, Sir Dan!

Lee, many thanks for the kind words! (Although I don’t think I ever quite resembled that picture! :-)

    Thanks,
    Dan
