15 chats here at the Café, but Allan & I have barely dipped into our inexhaustible well of wisdom and wisecracks. And think of this: we’ve never even met each other. Where will it end?
I have been furnishing our Second Life presence. Unfortunately, when Sab Keil visited, he found himself unable to extricate himself from my patented Lemon Chair. Memo to Sab: get a thinner avatar. BDRCC’s café is still far better than that unimaginative FIR storefront down the street.
Allan reports on American jurisprudence. Thanks to Andrea Weckerle, he’s found a judge with a sense of humour, a taste for classic writers, and down-home common sense. Judge Pendleton Gaines could teach a lot of folks about why conflict resolution depends on communication.
I report on my upcoming joint presentation with Ross Monaghan of Deakin University. Allan and I discuss the slow uptake on social media in Australian business.
All that and so much more in Chat #15!
