G'day! Thanks for returning!

Vidblog 12Aug2006.

My second vidblog and today I look at:

  • Andrea Weckerle’s timely post on compassion fatigue (including a couple of images that are “must see”)
  • The foiled terrorist outrage
  • “Here come the SL evangelists” and why they are wrong about SL being the panacea to global business travel problems
  • Thanks to all who emailed and commented about my first vidblog – especially Bryan Person who pointed out some troubles with the podpress plugin that caused a few hiccups

This vidblog kindly sponsored by the pan-global eruption of erudition that *is* the Better Desirable Roasted Communications Cafe; get your own coffee mug and join the hip and swinging cafe set today, you groovy cat you…

Download the video [25mb] – no dedicated rss feed for it yet because I’m not sure how often I’m going to vidblog.

Re-download the first vidblog if you had troubles watching the video side of it — problems now fixed.

Lee:

Brilliant second vidblog! Keep ‘em coming. You’ve inspired me to do my own, and the first is the process of being uploaded right now.

Great stuff, Lee. ‘Course, now I’ll have to do one… one more damned thing after another.

Hey Lee,

Love the vidblog! Nice job. It was great to put a (live) face with the name. I bet you wish there were 35 hours in a day. So much to do, so little time. Keep up the great work!

Oh, if only there were 35 hours in the day!! Or no need to sleep, or engage with my family… Still, if it keeps Jenkins on his toes, it’s all worth it! ;-)

Now, when can we expect FIR to be vidcast?

Bandwidth is cheap, but it isn’t that cheap.

I finally saw #1 at Shel’s blog today. We need to get our hands on that application. I will watch #2 now. And download it too :-) Anything with Andrea in it!

Lee, you pronounce Andrea’s name Weck-er-lee, you should be able to get that last bit :-)
