Seriously Business – a great new blog

I recently was sent a link to Seriously Business, a new UK-housed business blog for entrepreneurs.

Offering profiles on successful entrepreneurs and insights into social media (including a good read on the promotional implications Google/YouTube phenomenon), I recommend you go and check it out.

I would recommend to Seriously Business, though, that they add a logo to their header, so that other bloggers like me who use images a lot can grab it and promote it for them. It would have been nice to add their logo to this post, for example.

But that aside, a good read and welcome to the party, folks.

Hmmm. Yes, looks an interesting idea for a site, and I’ve subscribed to see how they get along.

But… anyone who gives Michael O’Leary anything other than a complete drubbing really needs to have a think about changing their perspective. The man is a disgrace. See here for a catalogue of evidence…

Oh dear…

Left a comment on the O’Leary entry – nothing objectionable, just pointing out that he isn’t necessarily all that great – and this morning it’s gone, without any explaination. Looks like they have a bit to learn about having conversations through the blog…

Ooh, three comments all to myself. Anyway, apologies to the Seriously Business guys, my comment appeared after moderation.

What was confusing was that the comment appeared on the blog – or so it seemed – at the time of entering it. When I checked back this morning, it had gone.

Possibly another reminder for comment moderation policies to be outlined clearly. Especially if grumpy people like me are around…
