No more holding up innocent pizzerias and demanding protection money -- The Nigerian Government has finally come through!

I am finally free of debt. It’s taken me a while, but only a little more work, an email or two, and it’s all clear sailing from now on.

Finally, after months of chasing, the Federal Republic of Nigeria have come through with their promises:

Contract Type: Construction/Electrocution/Installation/Building

Contract sum: USD $20,000.000.00

Contract file No.: NG/POW/2001

Please acknowledge the receipt of this message and send us other necessary information that will guide us to effect this payment to your company.

We want to continue to enjoy the joy and happiness of democratic government by continuance maintenance of our international relationship by settling our foreign debt, and yours will not be an exception.

Thanks for your long patience

Yours faithfully,

Dr. Felix Ude

Just as a side thought, I don’t actually remember contracting with the Government there, and I don’t ever remember saying I have any skills in construction (apart from websites and online buzz), but I certainly DO have skills in electrocution (of myself), of installing those DIY lights that fail to work or just flicker at me in their mockery, and of building myself an early grave.

I guess that’s what they mean…
