At 6:23 this evening I received an email that sent shivers down my spine.
Let me explain…
At 5:10 this evening, I hopped onto my computer to see if I had received an email that Joe Vitale promised he’d be sending out "early in the morning" his time — which is late in the evening my time. I got on my computer, opened my email… and… NOTHING.
For the next 20 minutes, whilst Mrs BetterComms fumed I refreshed my email no less than 20 times (I was supposed to be helping cook dinner — I got around that by taking my little white asus eee pc down to the kitchen and plonking it right in front of me whilst I peeled the potatoes and cut up the pumpkin).
And still… NOTHING.
Did something happen? Did Joe change his mind?
I admit, I was freaking out a little because I wanted to find out what Joe has been talking about with his photos, circles, drawings, flowers…and "IT".
I couldn’t take it anymore, so I sent him a private email asking him if he was OK and to find out what the delay was.
Another 30 minutes passed…
Finally, I see a reply to my email from Joe. It says: "almost ready give me 1 hour."
WHAT!?!
Well finally, at exactly 6:23pm, the email from Joe that I have been hanging out for days to read finally arrived. Here it is:
"I am sorry for the delay. Things have been extremely crazy around here this morning. As promised, I uploaded the website."
I clicked the link and refreshed the page faster than something really fast. And then… it was like time stood still.
I really couldn’t tell you how much time passed. I just sat there reading Joe’s letter, and it was like I was in some hypnotic state as I devoured each and every word.
By the time I reached the end of Joe’s letter, I felt the largest shift in my thinking that I have ever experienced in my life.
The name of the website fits what Joe has masterfully created here in ways that you’ll also experience when you read his letter.
Now there are so many thoughts… so many ideas swimming in my head right now… I wish I could just pour all of them out to you right here.
But to respect your time, I want to provide you with just a small snippet of my initial thoughts and feelings about what Joe has done…
- I have never been so ‘hypnotically drawn in’ as much as I was by the letter he wrote. There are countless marketing lessons you could learn just by reading his letter.
- I was ‘right on the money’: Joe Vitale has single-handedly redefined Social Media Marketing by combining his Hypnotic Marketing Formula (which is superb!!) with Web2.0. My prediction is more people will finally "get it" in one 48 hour period than any other period in Internet Marketing history.
- "IT"… I don’t want to give "IT" away here, but if you own a website or a blog, do any business on the net, or at least desire to, I have a feeling that you will also get "IT" by the time you read Joe’s letter. I know I did, and I can tell you that I’m dropping everything I had planned today to create a new business model for my business. I got "IT".
- For the first time in 9 years, Joe has updated his ‘Hypnotic Marketing Formula’. What once had 3 legs, now has 4. This is jaw-dropping and will be the talk of the Internet Marketing community for quite some time.
- When it comes to Social Media Marketing and Social Networking (Web 2.0), if you do not jump on this NOW your business is going to suffer. That is not said to scare you, but I got "IT" and I promise you that I am making a lot of changes to how I do things, all because of ‘Hypnotic Marketing 2.0’
- You are going to be introduced to a “Miss W”. Most likely you have never heard of her before. I hadn’t. But take her VERY seriously. She exposes what most others don’t. She knows more than most others know. She truly is an underground expert.
- ‘Hypnotic Marketing 2.0’ is, in my opinion, the best of the best in 2008 when it comes to exposing “what you REALLY need to know” about Social Media Marketing. The new spin that Joe has created will no-doubt shape the future of how we all market ourselves and businesses on MySpace, YouTube, blogs, Facebook, and many other Web2.0 sites.
I can keep going on and on… I’ve had a shed-load of breakthroughs already this evening, whilst most people in the US are still sipping their first cup of coffee!
