- Senior web developer: possess strong leadership skills, make key decisions about website functionality and architecture, build, test, deliver and maintain quality systems, understand or have a knowledge of Umbraco CMS, program using the .NET framework, progress Photoshop design layouts to fully functional web interfaces using XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, XML (with a focus on web standards and accessibility), understand Flash technology and Actionscript, demonstrate a passion for the internet and its possibilities, produce functional and technical specification documentation, translate complex technical concepts into simple non-technical language.
