HACKERS have hit the website of the Federal Government’s Classification Board to point out what they believe to be overzealous censorship. See our screen grab [above]
The site has been down for more than 15 hours after being compromised by hackers in response to the controversial proposal to censor Australian internet access.
Information on the Classification Board’s purpose was changed to read that the board had "the right to decide what is and isn’t appropriate" for internet users and "control and sheepify the nation".
The Communication, Broadband and the Digital Economy Department has not yet commented.
LOL!! For more on this whole farcical situation read my earlier post.
