Yet, I do agree that Web 2.0 is a powerful tool to bring innovations and enhance communications in your business. Speaking of Twitter, you mentioned project management improvements. I&#039;m a project manager and we do use social tools on our project. Yet, they are not enough. Project Management 2.0 tools play an important role too. I bet you heard about Basecamp, or Wrike in this respect. The latter helped us a great deal to streamline communications, collaboration and management practices.</description>
