		<description>I agree, Autotext rocks. It saves me so much time.

There are quite a few software utilies out there for that purpose.

AutoHotkey is opensource and free but kinda nerdy. Pretty steep learning curve. Then there is DirectAccept v2 but it crashed a lot and certainly needs a major rework to make it a professional app.

My personal favorite is Phrase Express. It is free for home use and is easy to work with.
