G'day! Thanks for returning!

This is the presentation I gave at the #iabc09 world conference, which I put up on slideshare, where you can download the pdf should you wish.

You can also download the comic/newsletter I refer to, The Amazing Adventures of Penny & Isabella, as an example of how to use 3D virtual worlds for communication ‘cut-through’.

Enjoy!

p.s. Many thanks to Roo Reynolds for allowing the use of slides from his presentation to Warwick University.

  • G'day Jeremy; sorry to have missed you, too!

The recording is simplicity itself - record your voice, save it as an mp3, upload it to slideshare or archive.org, link it to your powerpoint show or pdf thereof, sync up the slides to the audio via slideshare's editing mechanism and Voila!

And the best bit? The price is right for all of these various steps... free! :-)

  • Lee, this is brilliant! Paula Cassin and I were chatting on Twitter that we wished sessions were recorded on video since you just can't attend everything. This is the perfect solution. How did you do it? Just record the audio and sync it up with the presentation, or easier yet?

P.S. I'm bummed I missed you at #iabc09. I met so many great folks, but I still missed quite a few--like you--that I really wanted to meet.
