G'day! Thanks for returning!

I was sent a copy of PhraseExpress for review and I have to say… well, I don’t *have* to but I will anyway… I’m IMPRESSED!

I wouldn’t let it take over the auto-text on everything (one of its options) because it then won’t pick up on changing the lowercase ‘i’ to uppercase in Word and Outlook. But apart from that, it’s a blimmin’ cool tool.

PhraseExpress.com — check it out; it gets the Hopkins 4.5 stars of brilliance. :-)

  • Hi Lee,

thank you for the kind words about PhraseExpress.

The new PhraseExpress version 7 actually DOES optionally upper-case the first word of a sentence like Word.

But we decided not to include this feature in the default installer because it got to much into the way as it also change case if you enter a word following an abbreviation. This is e.g. An example.

  • G'day Michael,

Thanks for the update. Not sure if you've noticed, but WebWorkerDaily had a piece about ActiveWords and I put my two cents in... you might get a review in that very influential site, too :-)
