Instead of reacting to the brouhaha about 'Quit Facebook Day' (about 0.008% quit, apparently), Dell Direct re-worked its facebook business pages to offer a new way of contacting Dell Support from within facebook, which is home to nearly 500 million people. It pays to be in there playing, clearly.
