The wonderful, delightful and inspiring Shai Coggins was the first presenter of the newly-formed Social Media Club chapter here in Adelaide, and she gave a cracking presentation on how to best manage communities.

There’s also a Flickr group around SMCADL which will no doubt be added to as time permits (I’m flat out at the moment, but everyone can add their own).
