Autoresponders - Part 2

…following on from my previous post about autoresponder blues…

Okay, so I have figured out what went wrong {smile}.

It was all my fault (it always is, ask Mrs BetterComms!) — I needed to configure the ‘form parsing’ jiggery-pokery bits to have the data that was sent from the forms ‘land’ and ‘populate’ the databases correctly.

That has now happened, so I will be adjusting the online forms to ensure that I capture both first AND surname separately, plus country of origin. It will be interesting to see where my visitors come from — both to my audio book site AND my main article site, which is now sporting one (soon to be more) articles on the hot topic of voip.

I’m pleased with myself in sorting this out. True. I am not a ‘creative’ type, more a ‘cobbler together’ of existing bits and bobs to make something work, and with more articles in the pipeline (which I will be focusing on either my main article site or stand-alone subject-focused websites) and more articles being submitted to the article engines, hopefully my Google Adsense and other affiliate incomes will grow.
