Services I Offer

Ways I can help you

I help businesses communicate better for better results. Which means I draw on many different resources to achieve the best end result.

Some of my work might entail:

  • helping you launch a blog
  • helping you launch a podcast
  • writing business documents such as operations manuals and tenders
  • converting analogue audio files (such as those found on audio cassettes) to digital files, allowing you to re-purpose them (as cd-roms, dvds, files on your website, etc.)
  • designing and/or building you a content-rich internet, intranet or even extranet site, including how to effectively submit to the search engines and monitor and improve your search engine ranking (see here for more information)
  • creating some eBusiness tools, such as presentation cd-roms, dvds and pdf files you can email out to prospects, clients and suppliers.

I can also offer you strategic advice on how to take your communication strategy to the next level.

Consider this…

Businesspeople are scared of the internet

Good communication is essential to business growth!

It’s important to control the way information is presented.

People are scared to death of the internet now.

Few want to invest in it, few want to run a company that depends on it, and even fewer want to remember the “irrational exuberance” that propelled a bunch of unkempt 22-year olds who dressed like an un-made bed to Wall Street stardom.

The musty sector known as the “old economy” has looked good again.

So let’s ask ourselves a question that would have seemed ridiculous only 18 months ago: What good is the internet? Is it worthwhile for anything but checking stocks, getting sports scores, swapping music, or tracking the weather?

Is there a place for web-based businesses, or is the internet a digital money pit that ruins otherwise smart people?

Many pundits have said that the internet, even in spite of its recent shakeup, is the most significant event to come along since the Industrial Revolution. Built and designed by amateurs, it is now the professionals who are coming in to tidy it up, make it usable, make it effective.

These days, communicating your message via eBusiness technology and tools is fundamental to communicating effectively and maintain competitiveness.

I can help you come to grips with the internet and how it impacts on your business communication strategy. Often, it impacts most upon a key group of stakeholders - your employees. I can provide you with strategies on how to change your company’s culture to embrace the changes that the internet makes to how business is done.

More importantly, I can help you communicate your business messages online and service your customers better so that the new technology is a value-add to your business, not a costly waste of time!

Contact me to ask some questions and arrange a no obligation meeting (including online) where we can toss some ideas around.
